Only an engagement agreed in writing turns our approach into advice you can rely on. Nothing on the site creates a client relationship, and reading it does not make you a client of the practice or entitle you to represent yourself as one to third parties.
Testimonials
Quoted client voices appear with permission, shortened for length, and with names and identifying details changed or removed unless the client asked to be named. A testimonial describes one engagement, in one setting, at one point in time; it is not a forecast of what any other engagement will produce. We do not pay for testimonials, do not trade them for discounts, and do not publish quotes that were never said. Where a client later revises an opinion, the quote is removed rather than defended.
Third-party links
Where our texts link to external sites, publications, or tools, the link is there because the source was useful at the time of writing. We do not operate those destinations, cannot control their content, and do not continuously re-check them. A link is not an endorsement of everything a linked site publishes, and an old link that still resolves is not a claim that nothing has changed there. If a linked source is withdrawn or contradicted, the reference on our side stands as a record of what the work relied on, and we will correct it when we learn of it.
No guarantee of results
Engagements described on this site are structured to produce decisions, records, and momentum, and we commit to performing the work with professional care. We do not commit to outcomes that depend on factors outside our control: client choices, third parties, market movement, or the passage of time. Statements about methods and past engagements describe what happened in those settings and are not projections for yours. Any figures or timelines shown are illustrative of rhythm, not promises of return.
